Terrible product, after one season of use the entire fin assembly has fallen out - not the fin, which is removable but the entire holder system has gone. The fitting system to screw in accessories is also very suspect as they just pull out. The adhesive used for the padded mats has failed and everything is peeling off. The board is so water logged that it now weighs over 50lbs.
Pau Hana customer service is non existent as they ignore any correspondence
