This was a very enjoyable reservoir paddle. It looks smaller when you first drop in at the dock but the water opens up around a corner and there are lots of books and crannies To explore. Not sure if today was a normal water level but there were several spots where we ran into sandbars and high rocks where we could have gotten stuck. There is a walking path all around the water and several points where you can pull up and eat lunch on strategically placed benches. Very enjoyable for a trip with young paddlers.
