Just a day trip to get out of the heat. No gas motors allowed, not too crowded. Vault toilets on shore, a nice cement boat ramp, and a small rickety dock, but no other amenities. A discover pass is required. We used our blow up paddle board and two kayaks. There is a bald eagle that seems to live at the lake; we see it there all the time when we visit.
