Trip Overview

Fantastic kayaking day-trip at Deep Lake, in Sun Lakes State Park, in Washington State, with video in 4K UHD including spectacular aerials. We paddled from the boat launch all the way to the head of the lake along the south shore, and returned via the north short, stopping for a picnic lunch and swim about half way back. This is a really unique kayaking experience, very different from other lake and sea kayaking trips we have done in the Pacific Northwest. Lots of birdlife, wildlife, dragonflies, and fish and turtles in the lake.
