Description

Manmade concrete and limestone Reef.

Beach launch at Rogues point, concrete ramp mostly covered in sand and weed.

No anchor zone on reef. Ensure of weather and tide. About 1nm offshore and 1.5 to 2nm SE paddle one way. Generally SW prevailing breezes, in lee of YP, short fetch for wave development.

Check exact location, charts, GPS and sounder etc.

Beach camping south of Ardrossan, no amenities. Picnic on shore or sport ground/park at north Rogues.
