Formal access point at the exit from Northampton lock. Timber decking nice and low to the water. Accessed via Midsummer Meadows across the footbridge over the lock. Some portaging or kit hauling required as the nearest car park is 500m away but it’s a nice walk through the park. There’s also a nice cafe in the park open most days.
