It was time to retire my old Stohlquist jacket that has been doing me well for over a decade. I spent a lot of time trying jackets from my paddling partners and local outlets, and settled on an NRS cVest. I am more than happy with it! They run large (someone else mentioned that). I usually fit into a large but a small/med fits fine. The only thing that takes a star away is the lash tab are not wide enough to cllip my River Shortie knife to it. It needs one of the raised type lash tabs or at least a wider slot in the type it has. All in all a great PFD.
