As someone who used Ray Kettlewell’s beautiful paddles for many, many years, I have a great appreciation for what Greg has managed to do with Fishell.

Greg is not only intentionally stewarding the legacy of Ray’s timeless designs, he is running his business with great pride and impeccable craftsmanship.

Greg is always receptive, attentive and ready to make his best effort in accommodating customization and specification requests.

The paddles themselves are durable, exceedingly functional and beautiful. They feel great in the hand and contribute significantly to the dexterity, strength and mobility of any paddler; whether you are travelling deep into the backcountry, or puttering around the lake, up at the cottage.

Just received my 61” Ray Special (in Ash) and it looks incredible. Leaving for a week in Algonquin Park in a few days. Can’t wait to put it to its intended use!
