This was our first kayak. We bought this for lake use and one that one or two people could go out on it. We have had two adults and two children paddling around in shallow water with no problems.

This kayak is very stable and great for a beginner. I wanted a paddle board and decided to see how I handled using my kayak for one. It worked like charm I could paddle standing and if I got tired sit and use as a kayak. This let me know I could use a sup with no problems and have since purchased one. This kayak is more stable standing and paddling than my paddle board.
