This is my wife Cindy in her Venture Esky at the mouth of Deception Pass, Whidbey Island, near Anacortes, WA. We’re full time RVers and serve as campground hosts for Washington State Parks. That’s a great set up for paddling the San Juan islands on our days off and soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Puget Sound. This photo was taken early November. It had rained all morning, but by 3:00ish the clouds began to part and gave us magnificent skies the rest of the day.
